By accessing or using AegisPlane, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

AegisPlane provides an AI governance platform that acts as a gateway between your applications and AI model providers. The platform provides security guardrails, PII detection, compliance tracking, cost management, and audit capabilities.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: - Use the platform for any illegal purpose - Attempt to circumvent security measures - Reverse engineer or decompile the platform - Use the platform to process data in violation of applicable laws

5. Service Levels

Enterprise customers receive SLA guarantees as specified in their agreement. Community and Pro plans are provided on a best-effort basis.

6. Intellectual Property

AegisPlane and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AegisPlane and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

AegisPlane shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
